5-minute snack

Chocolate And Banana

Chocolate & Banana Recipe *Ingredients
1 tablespoon chocolate chips,melted
1/2 banana,tinely sliced
1 tablespoon non-fat vanilla yogurt

*Preparation
Cut the banana into slices  in a plate.Melt the chocolate chips in a small bowl in the microwave.top the banana with melted chocolate and yogurt.


Enjoy the mouth-watering snack!!!

Healthy Salad

LEMONY CARROT SALAD WITH DILL

*Lemony Carrot Salad with Dill Recipe *Ingredients
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 small clove garlic,minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
freshly ground pepper
2 cups grated carrots (4 medium-large)
3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
2 tablespoons chopped scallions 

* Preparation
Whisk lemon juice,oil,garlic,salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Add carrots,dill and scallions and toss to coat.Chill until serving time.The preparation time is 15 minutes.
