Do you want to lose weight in 3 months? 
Eat wholemeal for 3 months without eating rice.Rice makes our weight increase but wholemeal bread does not makes us fat because it contains less starch and high fibre. 
Eat wholemeal bread for 3 months for every meals.You will lose 10 kilos in 3 months.Try it!
